The Coconut Collaborative was founded in 2014 by two guys who wanted to spread the love for the humble coconut, whilst also connecting like-minded coconut companies and producing coconut treats, all the while giving something back to the planet and its people.
They work with Pur Project to plant thousands of coconut trees which in return regenerates the land and provides habitat for wildlife and income for communities.
In a time where there are more people following Vegan diets than ever before but also an increased desire for potentially healthier and definitely quirkier products, The coconut collaborative has got it right!
Coconut has seen a huge rise in popularity, but it’s not just a fad. Coconut milk contains essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that supply a host of benefits to the human body.
The Coconut Colaborative have a whole range of delicious yohurts, ice creams and desserts all made from coconut milk that are, in my opinion, even better than the dairy versions!
I recently discovered a new product in the Coconut Collaborative range ‘Little Lemon Temptations’ which launched a month or so ago. These are little pots of thick, coconut cream blended with real lemon juice for a refreshing yet decident treat. ‘Little Lemon Temptations’ are, like all other Coconut Co products free from dairy dairy but they also contain no soya or gluten – they really are all rounder! Not to mentioned they taste blooming good!
These are yet another addition to my Coconut Collaborative wish list each week, along with their super tasty yoghurts (strawberry is my fave) and their Snowconut (chocolate please!) – OH and don’t forget the yummy little chocolate pots, mmmm! it’s official, I’m a total convert and haven’t shut up about it!
Coconut Collaborative products are in most supermarkets, but you can use their handy store locator if you want to try their goodies out!
