There are so many new foods and gadgets in the market each month, too many for one person to try them all, but I am doing my very best! Here are the things I tried, and love this month…
Arden’s Nutty Nibbles– Launched last month in Waitrose, Arden’s new Nutty Nibbles are moreish bites of crunchy, nutty, toffee-ness. My favourite? Nutty Nibbles with chocolate, deliciously naughty yet packed full of nuts and seeds to keep hunger at bay.
In the Nood Orange and Cacao Energy Ball Mix – jammed full of good stuff In the Nood energy ball mixes make a convenient, guilt free snack. Eat straight out the pack or customize with dried fruit or seed the options are endless- and yummy
Nurtiseed Superfood Porridge– add some oomph to your morning. I first tried this porridge made up with my usual almond milk and let me tell you this really is super! Laden with protein, seeds and dried fruit this mix kept me going all day. Now I cant wait to try it in my favourite brownie recipe
Metcalfes Cinema Sweet Skinny Popcorn– This brand new skinny popcorn has just 93 calories per serving and at no compromise to the taste! Metcalfes have a whole range of other yummy popcorn treats too; my other personal favourite is the dark chocolate popcorn thins.
New york Bakery Co Poppy seed bagels– an original bagel topped with poppy seeds. A great addition to a classic and an even greater addition to a few slices of ham! Want something a bit heartier? NYBCo have a great range of bagel recipes available on their site.
Alpro Soya Plain with Almond- a dairy free yoghurt with a great almond taste. I tried mine on top of my morning cereal instead of my usual almond milk and it was tasty and filling but was equally as good with a spoon of cherry jam- bakewell style!
Guylian Seashells Large Easter Egg– A oldie but a goldie, Guylian Seashells are a favourite for many, so when I was sent Guylian’s Large Easter Egg which came with a whole box of their Praline Seashells I was over the moon. The smooth, rich milk chocolate egg was better than most while the Seashells lived up to their reputation- yum!
Cookie Crumbles Blueberry and Vanilla Muffin Mix– From pack to plate these yummy muffins are ready in just 30 minutes thanks to Cookie Crumble’s Blueberry Muffin Mix. Just as good as made from scratch Cookie Crumble mixes are my go to! My second favourite? The gingerbread Biscuit Mix.
